Beyer Lab

About Us

We are a young and dynamic lab. Our passion for chemistry and expertise in tissue biology and wound healing leads us to create novel materials for biomedical applications. Our current research focus is on polymer self-assemblies, polymer processing as well as Metal-organic Frameworks (MOFs) for biomedical applications. These biomedical applications include biomaterials and materials for bio- and chemosensors. Always having biomedical applications in mind, we are motivated to develop a detailed understanding of the materials we create and to optimize them using insights from advanced synchrotron analytical methods.
